Sareez.com would provide free shipping to any address in India. To avail the quickest
confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please make sure to include the complete postal
address mentioning the correct PIN code. Kindly note, that we are not responsible for any
sorts of postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in
the website’s message box while placing their orders. If the order does not contain any
delivery date then it will be delivered at the first opportunity as early as possible.
However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and the company is not liable for
any delay in delivering your order.
If you are seeking for alternate shipping options, then cheaper and slower shipping
options can be suggested. Remember the International shipping and handling rate is
based on the size of your order, the larger your order, the lower the rate. If you
order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days
because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
We are in network with courier companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc with a guaranteed safety
to reach your products safely on time. Failing in delivery of these courier companies is not our
responsibility.
Regarding the packaging method, no need to panic, as all products are first polythene
packed and put in creased boxes. All orders are first shipped through Fedex and home
delivered within approximately 10 working days after dispatch of the shipment.
If for any reason, there arises any delay in shipping, or if there were any unusual
delays in filling an order, we would take the initiative of informing you by e-mail.
Please keep in mind that residential shipments to USA and some other countries will
be left at door if there is no one to receive the package.
To be frank, this is to inform you that the VAT, Custom Taxes are not included in our
ordering process but may be charged to you by your government. So, the international
customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country.
