Replacement Terms :-On receiving a defective product:
• On receiving any item with a prominent fault send in an email at urgent@sareez.com
• On receiving an email from you we will revert back with an immediate resolution to the problem.
• Do not send back any product without informing us.
• If circumstances arise and we are unable to Resend you the original product, then we would request you to select any alternative item from the website.
• Alternate item if selected will be shipped at No extra cost.
• If any alternate item is not selected then the company will refund the entire purchase amount with no reductions.
• Any extra shipping cost for sending back an item to India is to be paid by the customer.
• We will do free alterations & modifications, for any garment found with error.

Item Availability:-
For multiple orders placed shipping for few is not possible due to the unavailability of products. The customers are then requested to select alternate items. If any there is no alternate selection then your amount will refunded absolutely with no deductions for the non-delivered items along with the shipping charge. We will offer you a compensation by way of store credit depending upon the order value and delay in communication.

Guide to Return

To return any product :
• You need to contact us at urgent@sareez.com with the product problem specifying all its details at an immediate notice.
• Try and send the items through a registered courier service or else any problem caused in the transit will be difficult to deal with.
• Items once detected with defect and verified should be sent in 7 business days after confirmation keeping the product intact.
• We will thoroughly check the fault on the product and will be cautious prevent it.
• The return package from customers should be marked as return goods or defective return products.

Color and Description Disclaimer :

While placing an order:
• The colors in the website image differ on minute scales originally.
• Minute variations occur due to the fabric dyes.
• Fabric variation should be considered as they intend to reflect differently under light focus.
• Products ordered with sequin and stone decoration often come off even with best and careful handling, so it should be known while placing the order.
• We treasure our customers and so we look up to serve you perfectly each time you choose us to dress you the best way.
• Colors of Red, Maroon, Off-White & Orange have a higher tendency to reflect different other color shades.
• Few of the fabrics have tendency to reflect textured effects they are a proof of its authenticity.
• Handicraft, hand dyed, items will always have certain minor differences.
