I will choose western wear for office wear. Because it will make you to look good , comfortable and smart.it should not be too tight or too loose, not so reavling also. You should select the dress according to your profession.in salwar kameez dupatta can make you uncomfortable.Salwar kameez should have nice fitting otherwise it will make you less smarter

I love to wear salwar kameez for work because not only are they beautiful, but comfortable as well. I am fairly active in my job as a librarian, and salwar kameez keep me modestly ” covered” while I’m climbing step-stools and down in the floor shelving books. I also love having a dupatta to help combat the chilly air conditioningin our building as well. Salwar kameez are an all-around winner for work wear!

Salwar Kameez is a traditional wear yet very elegant and formal. One of Korean friend visited Pakistan for a official meeting and she chose to wear Salwar Kameez instead of western wear. She mentioned that in the new outfit she was very comfortable and felt elegant too she could immediately connect to locals there and conduct a succesful meeting. She could feel that this dress draws lot of respect from people. So given the location and occasion Salwar Kameez is equally good as office wear as any western wear.

I work as a Design Technology teacher and am mostly in a workshop type classroom therefore have to dress accordingly which is why i like Salwar Kameez for social wear as its very different to my workwear and extremely flattering.

I usually wear salwar kameez for everyday and for office too. I prefer salwar kameez because it’s more beautiful and original.Clothes will not make you smarter, it’s the heart and brain…
And I love indian clothes

I will prefer to wear western dress because i feel more comfortable with it, especially when i go to the office.salwar kameez is preferable to wear in an occasion like wedding or pooja.But in the case to go to the office,western dress shows the personality of the person.I will not hesitate to wear western dress because for an office,western dress means casual to everyone. A person who likes to wear salwar kalmeez,must thinks twice,she may feel shy in front the staff.the doupeta is also gives trouble when handling works in an office.JUST think whether it is preferable to wear salwar kalmeez where the doupeta can stuck somewhere and you trying to remove it in front the staff.it would be really be an ashame in front of the staff.THE last and foremost the best dress for me,is to wear western.

Truly I am very surprise on some of the comments ,that western wear make you look smart. I live in America and I think brains makes you smart not your looks or what you are wearing. I have worn salwar suits to my work,lots of times and got many compliments. In fact lots of people want me to bring salwar kameez From India for them. Yes I agree most of my suits are stitched with little bit of western style . They are very comfortable to wear and I wear them with full confidence, without loosing my pride for being an Indian

I would vote for Salwar Kameez. I feel very comfortable as it is totally covered and chudidars give you a very smart look. It does not matter whether you are fat or slim, you will look beautiful in a Salwar Kameez attire. You can have a modern look and also a traditional look with the Salwar Suits which is not possible by any other outfit.

The choices in prints, materials and colours amongst Salwar Kameez’ are unbeatable. Besides they are so graceful and show off your femininity, whilst beautifying you, clothing you fully and keeping you comfortable. On the other hand, western clothing can be drab, too fitting and uncomfortable after a few hours.
Ofcourse, it is very important that no matter how beautiful your salwar kameez is, it should be well tailored. If I was India, I would prefer to wear salwar kameez to work anyday, over western clothing. Common Indians, please don’t lose the beautiful Indian heritage to unfeminine clothing. Salwar kameez, without the cleavage and exposure anyday for me!

I think both can be useful at appropriate times. Western wear tend to be a little more restricting when it comes to customization and variety. Salwar kameez are very beautiful, comfortable, and allow for more colorful, playful patterns.

I am only allowed to wear western wear at work as I work in a very formal environment, but do wear it when we are having special occasions at work. Salwar Kameez can be really comfortable, fashionable yet ethnic as compared to western wear which look more or less the same in the shades of black, white and grey to reveal a somewhat monochromatic and cold look.
Salwar Kameez makes one comfortable for all types of job as it does not restrict your movements at all, you also don’t have to worry when bending over to pick up something from the floor, to jump, to climb on stairs…it really makes you look and feel your best. The soft or strong nature of the fabric makes it the ideal choice of any season while oozing out feminity.
A fusion of comfort and grace, I dare say it contributes a lot to one’s lifestyle. The colours and designs your choose to wear could either give off calmness or pep up enthusiam, it can boost self confidence and makes one look bold or enthusiastic and so full of life.
